2. No Refunds After Download
Once an eBook has been downloaded by you, it is considered used and cannot be “returned” due to the nature of digital goods. Accordingly, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the eBook is downloaded. Your account’s customer panel tracks and displays whether an eBook has been downloaded.
3. Refunds for Non-Downloaded eBooks
